Mukund herbal Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”
- Perishable goods or products with short shelf life
- Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at mukund.herbals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing, and cancellations may not be possible.
